Combining high-quality grains, nuts and veggies is not so complicated.

If you are planning avoiding oils, be aware that this really isn't a good idea. There are different high-quality oils you are allowed to use, such as virgin olive oil, or avocado oil. As long as it is cold-pressed and non-refined or pasteurized, it's allowed. Your brain needs oils to be able to work properly, and some other processes within your body depend on fats as well.

People with poor digestion should think twice when it comes to this type of diet or be extra careful. The fact is that some foods are hard to digest in their raw state. In this case, you can process them in your blender or use the process of light steaming. In any case, making delicious smoothies is quite easy, and you might be surprised with the results. Just use your imagination.

The best thing about this particular diet is that you will lose your weight really fast, eating healthy and tasty meals in large quantities. Yes, you will be able to eat much more than you used to, and still be losing those stubborn pounds you are struggling with. Besides, your skin will become more radiant, you won't be hungry all the time and you'll be in a better mood. Well, it's really good to know all that.
