They will report back once a week and they will discuss what is working and what needs more attention. They will work on strengths and weakness. This can relate to their work performance as well as their personal relationships.

You also have to be more practical in the way in which you do things around the home as well as in your lifestyle. It can relate to a basic exercise program, your choice of diet, the amount of sleep you get and setting goals. Goals are a good thing to set for yourself because they will tell you more about your improvements over this time.

You will work more with your personal and professional relationships. Patients will suffer greatly in this area because of their inability to focus and concentrate. There are skills that are applied to help clients to improve. They will start to improve over time, and this will lead to less frustrations for them, as well as close friends and family members.

In the beginning it may be frustrating because they may feel that they still are not getting anywhere. However, they also need to know that it is a slow process and it is not something that you can rush into. The therapist may assign tasks and homework for the client to do during the week. Over time, they will find that they are able to develop more structure into their lives.
