Living healthily is a conscious effort in eating the right foods and making sure that one gets some measure of exercise such as a walk every day or even more vigorous such as doing a weight and aerobic session at the gym. It does not take much to get the heart and cardiovascular system working.

If eating chocolate is a daily practice in consumption, and one is having too much of it then it is time to make a deal with oneself. A good motivator is to put the money aside when opting not to have it. It is a great way to see the results of good behaviour.

In this way, one can see what saving the money can bring about instead of seeing it wasted on something that is of no benefit at all. It is no easy task but one can see the results should an idea such as this be fulfilled. It will also keep up a level of motivation needed as one sees the benefits of saving money rather than smoking it.
