These vitamins are riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (Vitamin B3), Folate (vitamin B9), and cobalamin (vitamin B12). It is also possible to get what this body part needs from vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and thiamin (vitamin B1). Since they are so important, companies have taken to manufacturing supplements to help those who are cannot cook all the time.
