A good example of this tea is chamomile and ginger, this two amazing herbal plants has been known for the healing and relaxing property they give to the stomach. A report published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry showed that chamomile tea fights infections such as cold and menstrual cramps.

Ginger is another good remedy for stomach pains. This plant is rich in shogaola and gingerols chemical which helps relax intestinal muscles. This amazing plant also has other benefits to the stomach. When one experiences nausea or stomach cramps, taking a cup of ginger tea can help relieve the pain.

To prepare ginger tea, simply take a piece of ginger and peel it and cut it into small pieces. Put two glasses of water in a boil jar and bring it to boil. Add your ginger and simmer it for about 5 minutes then put your warm water into a mug. Add one tea bag and honey to taste.

Rice water is another stomach pain reliever. To prepare rice water, simply put 2 cups of water in a pot and bring it to boil. Add one and half cups of white rice and cook it over moderate heat. When the rice becomes tender, remove the pot and drain the water from the rice and put it in a mug. Add honey to taste and take it while hot. The water acts as a demulcent and will eventually help reduce any bloating or irritation thus relieving the pain.
