Studies have shown that it allows the body to better metabolize fatty and amino acids along with glucose. Additionally, it provides benefits to those who deal with dry eyes, fatigue, and depression.

Both men and women can find the use of biotin advantageous. Men, women, and teenagers can all benefit from their use. Many supplements are actually geared toward the male, especially those that are high dosage. This particular supplement is really geared more toward the female.

As was mentioned above, this supplement can be used by teenagers as well, however it should be used with to avoid acne breakouts which are often what they want to get rid of. If this occurs, it is generally due to large amounts and will be noticeable around the chin or jaw. As with any medication or supplement, some may experience an allergic reaction.
